Riviera Shores, New Rochelle, NY

The Master Plan for this subdivision, located in a Critical Environment Area (CEA), on the shore of Long Island Sound was designed utilizing Low Impact Development (LID) techniques. The project incorporates the use of infiltration basins and rain gardens to capture, control and treat surface runoff. These LID techniques will remove 95-100% of the water bound pollutants and suspended solids from surface runoff prior to discharging into the Long Island Sound. This project was approved by local, county and state regulatory agencies. The eleven luxury homes all have views of Long Island Sound. Amenities include, a gated entrance and a private beach located on the shores of Long Island Sound. This project was completed in 2008
