Canfield Island
Canfield Crossing is an exclusive gated island community located in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Blades & Goven was retained by the owner to develop a master plan for the community and to obtain permits from state and local regulatory agencies. The layout takes advantage of a magnificent view of thriving tidal marsh and an adjacent golf course. This project is currently under construction.
